For those of you that don't know: Tux is the mascot of Linux, much like the Window logo is to Windows, and designer stubble is to Mac.

Many versions of the Penguin exist on the internet, however the one shown on the right (taken from the tux wikipedia page) is the one that is generally agreed as the "official" one. Many prefer to make their own Tux logo's instead of using ones made by others. For a step by step guide of making your own Tux see my Tutorial.
